Fill out the custom order form with your size, shape, colors, upgrades, and inspiration. Taylor reviews every request — submitting a request doesn't guarantee an order can be taken. If accepted, you'll get an email with pricing and a secure payment link. Once it's paid in full, she gets started.

Absolutely. Share reference photos, a Pinterest board, or just describe the vibe in the Design Inspiration section of the order form. Colors and details may differ slightly from inspiration photos — that's the nature of a hand-painted, custom set.

Sometimes — check the "rush order" box on the form and Taylor will let you know if it's possible. Rush orders are never guaranteed, so plan ahead when you can.

Many sets can be reused if removed gently and stored flat — condition depends on how they were applied and cared for.

Please note any allergies or sensitivities to nail products on the order form so we can plan accordingly. When in doubt, do a patch test before full application.

Processing time is about 7–14 business days after your order is placed and paid in full, depending on design complexity and order volume. We currently ship within the U.S. only.

Once your order is approved, we'll send a secure payment request (Zelle, Apple Pay, Venmo, Cash App, or Square, depending on what's easiest for you) for the full balance — no deposits or installments, just one payment before we start.

Custom orders are made specifically for you and are final sale — no returns, exchanges, or refunds once payment is made. Ready-made sets may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days of delivery if unworn and in original packaging. Email orders@gelightful.com to start an exchange.
